The Finer Print
- ON EVERY PACKAGE, YOU CAN CHOOSE THE LENGTH OF THE TERM THAT SUITES YOUR NEEDS.
- Each package gives you the option to which term.
- Each package is automatically renewed at the end of the term unless specified or you cancel.
- One Billing Cycle is for 4 weeks (28 days).
- Payment must be received and funds cleared before service can be activated.
- FOR SPEEXCH™ - You can begin using the service for FREE anytime after it has been activated (usually the day before the start of your Billing Cycle).
- FOR SPEEXCH™ - Your Billng Cycle starts on your first full day of service. And that could be on any day of the week.
- FOR SPEEXCH™ - A full day of service starts at 00:01 (midnight) Pacific Time and ends at 24:00 (midnight) Pacific Time.
- LIVE SERVICES - Billing Cycle starts on the day of activation.
- Rates are guaranteed for the term you selected of that Service Package you ordered and paid in full.
- All rates and payments are in USD.
WHEN IS YOUR DUE DATE ?
- Every Service Package ordered is assigned their own Billing Cycle depending on their activation date.
- Your RENEW DATE is the day your service is active.
- Upon placement of order, the invoice will show a Term Period with a start date of when you placed the order. However, for services ordered requiring manual activation, your RENEW DATE will be adjusted to reflect the date it was activated.
- Your Payment is DUE upon receipt of invoice or on placement of order.
- Late Fee is applied on the day of your RENEW DATE for any unpaid balance due.
- Full payment must be received and funds cleared before or by your RENEW DATE.
- You may always pay ahead of time to avoid any interruption of service.
- The preferred method of payment is ACH on autopay.
- You may pay by Zelle®, although this usually WILL cause a delay in recording and posting your payment in a timely manner and this will incur you Late Fees.
- If paying by credit or debit card, a processing and handling fee of 3.5% of the total invoice will be charged.
NO PRORATIONS - NO REFUNDS
- THERE ARE NO PRORATIONS, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE SERVICE IS ACTIVATED.
- Also, THERE ARE NO PRORATIONS whatsoever on any Options that were cancelled or discontinued after activation.
- THERE ARE NO PRORATIONS on suspended or terminated service.
- You can add options into an existing package at anytime. **However, you will be invoiced for the prorated added service**.
CANCELLATIONS, SUSPENSIONS, TERMINATIONS
- Notice to terminate Subscriber or Directory Mailboxes services is not necessary but appreciated.
- Most recurring services are suspended or terminated by the third (3rd) day starting from your Renew Date if payment is not received or cleared.
- BUT some recurring services WILL be interrupted and/or suspended if full payment is not received and cleared one (1) day after your RENEW DATE.
- If service was interrupted or suspended, you may restore service by paying the full amount owed and the funds have cleared within three (3) business days.
- For payments received and cleared on a weekend or holiday, service will be reactivated on the next working business day.
- If payment is made during regular business hours, attempts will be made to reactivate your service as soon as possible after the funds have cleared.
- If service is terminated, you may not be able to reuse previous telephone number(s) assigned to you. Your messages, customized greetings, announcements, prompts and all information on your mailbox (es) are permanently deleted.
- You can start new service by signing up again.
OTHERS
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Usage Charges subject to change irrespective of Base Charge Term ordered.
- Base Charge Rates are guaranteed for the term ordered.
- Posted rates at the time of sign up are the current pricing.
- Any and all telephone numbers, mailboxes assigned to you belongs to Message Exchange Center and are NOT transferable.
